Quotation marks

I have a Wordpad document on my laptop in which I've been collecting quotes for the past couple of years.

Something like: 

I like living. I have sometimes been wildly, despairingly, acutely miserable, racked with sorrow, but through it all I still know quite certainly that just to be alive is a grand thing.

Or:

And even:

But one of my favorites has got to be:
